I am new to this forum and am in need of some help losing this last 10 pounds. i started at 150 in january 2013 and have currently lost 17 pounds. i am at 133 right now and want to lose this last 10 pounds. i work out everyday and count my calories as well as drink lots of water. but i cant shake these last few pounds. any advice on what else i can do?
