Hello!! I’m Jo and I’m really happy to have found this team. I love that I have a place to openly share my thoughts and such without retribution.

Hi everyone!

I just joined the team today (August 19). I am already a little over halfway through my weight loss journey. I started at 319 and I'm currently at 240, with a goal weight of 180. I eat between 1200-1400 calories a day, and I intend to keep doing that until my weight loss stops. That may be lower than 180, I don't know, but I feel comfortable in this calorie range, so I will stick with it. I'm sure my body will naturally make it clear where I will start maintaining. For now, I am focused on losing.
