Welcome DMTULL to SGM team. Hopefully you'll read about some success stories here and there that will inspire and encourage you toward your goals. For me, I found that making month by month goals have worked best, plus an over-all goal for weight loss. I also started running which I hadn't done since I was in high school (that was 25 years ago). Since July 2012, I've lost 40 lbs. My next overall goal is to lose another 30 by Memorial Day weekend. I also have a goal to do a pull-up/chin-up by the end of the summer. I never was able to do one at any time in my life. That may be an impossible goal, but I'm going to work toward it. emoticon

I figure it is about time I introduce myself around SparkPeople so here it goes. I am a single 20yo living in Marysville, WA. For the next 3.5 months I am a tax preparer with Jackson Hewitt. Then I hope to find a real job as I prep for the CPA exam.I admit I let myself go over the years am trying to get back in shape or better than before. Eventually I hope to hike the full PCT. Don't know what else to say so feel free to write me.
