Lesa - thanks for the welcome to the team.
My plan this week is to go to curves mon & tue then thurs & fri. I went mon, wed and fri last week and each workout KILLED ME!!! Which makes no sense, b/c I usually go everyday but with my curves being about 15 miles from my house and gas prices being as high as they are, I was trying to conserve gas...(I drive a Tahoe) so I'm gonna try 4 days and see what it does to me this week...

Hi everyone!

My name is Amy, and I'm new here...however I'm not new to Curves. I joined Curves on the 27th of Jan. and in the first month I lost 8 pounds and 10 inches and 6.64 body fat.
I'm also doing weight watchers, which I started on Jan 3rd.
I lost some weight with ww'ers alone but really started to lose the weight after joining curves.

I'm looking forward to getting to know a lot of yall...and looking forward to all the support and help along this journey to the new healthy, happy CURVY us!
