After a hiatus so prolonged I don’t even want to admit it - I hauled my poor neglected trike into the bike shop for her clean-up/tune-up...
She needs new tires all around, deep cleaning, and who knows what else - John will keep me apprised of this “early-Christmas-present-to-myself”. I’m ashamed of myself for letting my beautiful trike sit for so long (8 mos)
Hopefully our gorgeous fall weather will hold for a while so I can get in a few good rides!
2020 was pretty much a bust but I’m still dreaming about the Katy Trail.

I'm Lisa from Orlando FL. I'm a seasoned cyclist training for my 5th Century, TourDeCure in March. I'm jumping back into tracking on Sparkpeople. I'll be 59 on Friday Jan.4 and I'm ready to reach my goals. Happy New Year and happy cycling
