My thoughts & prayers are with you.

Like Barb said, where it is and what it is. Using the CT image, my Dr was pretty sure they type of tumor, but wouldn't say cancer or not until the bioposy. They did a bioposy during surgery and it came back clean.

Try to get answers from your dr regarding the possible type and start doing as much research on it a possible to gain more knowledge, the Dr's are never good at explaining much.

Barb, that's great about Jenny! emoticon

where it is and what it is are two big determining factors. What does the doctor say?

When my kids were young, they had a freind (still do) named Jenny. Jenny who had been a reading k-5 and was a 'walking on jello nearly not able to speak' 6 yr old. Very hard to watch. She ended up with a (non-cancerous) tumor the size of a grapefruit at the base of her petuitary gland. Eveyone is different! The doctor needs a biopsy and good knowledge.
I think you need more info.

Barb
PS Jen's 25th birthday is next week. Married and has a small child. It took time to regain some of her stregnths, but she has gotten there!

All the best,
Barb G

Hi everyone! I found out on Monday that I have a cyst in the brain via CT Scan. I saw it today via MRI Scan. It has a black circle in one image, and a white circle in another image. I just don't know what to do about this. Any advice would really help.
