Hi my name is Wendy and I have been loosing weight for many, many years! My current weight is 245 pounds and I wanted to loose these last 40 pounds in March of this year, but I have been slacking off and I feel that I sabotage my continuous weight lose. I had even stoped excersicing and it has been hard for me to restart my routine. I need help and advice as to how to restart my motivation and continue to feel healthy and eventually be under 200 pounds.
