I have been off and on with my SP, fitness, diet and Zumba. I am back on track with everything again. Thank goodness! I know what you mean about fitting in with the regulars. I've been going (off and on, now currently on again) with the same instructor for the last 2 years +/-. She's great! I really enjoy her classes. There are a lot of the same people with a few new ones. The regulars stick together and don't really talk to newbies. Some other regulars that weren't part of the "pack" are still there sprinkled about, they tend to keep to themselves. I would chat (say hi) to them then find a spot. I've been back to classes for three weeks and it's like I've never left, lol. Still the same. So I go, find my spot, work out feel great and take my weary self home.
Oh and this team hasn't been very active lately. I peek in from time to time but not much going on. Will peek in again later!!! Have a great day.

Hello Zumba Lovers Team!

I've been into Zumba for about a year now and I enjoyed the live classes a lot. Then the holidays happened and some family issues arose which kinda pushed me off course. Well, I'm looking to get back on my goal's path and live a healthier life. I am having some difficulties fitting into the group of students that attend the same instructor's times as me.

I never got that community feel that the instructor said there was in her classes. I don't know if it was because I felt intimidated or if the regulars just did not like new comers. I teach obedience classes for puppies/dogs at Petsmart and I've noticed that I get tired very easily after just one class being taught and I know I wasn't like that before. I've also been in a rut at work and Zumba has helped me get out one before. I've been bouncing the idea of becoming certified for months now and there's one just 20 minutes away from where I live at the end of March. Its so tempting and scary at the same time.

Just wanted to stop by and say hello to everyone!
