I just saw the Jason Vale's 7/7 highlighted in the Hungry for Change website. It looks like it has a DVD and not the book. Do you guys have the books? Do you think the DVD would be worth it?

I need to do something quick, I've been gaining all year. emoticon

I did the 7 lbs in 7 days with exclusively juicing and I lost 12 lbs. However, after starting eating again I regained all the weight back in about two weeks. I've been inspired by Joe Cross's journey though and plan to juice for June, July and August, eating in both June and August, but only juicing in July. I hope to lose 20-30 lbs.

Hi Everyone!

I have dabbled in a little juicing before and have been having smoothies almost every day for about 3 years now, but I am just starting to get into juicing as a lifestyle change. I am currently on Day 3 of Jason Vale's 7lbs in 7 Days, although so far I've had a meal at dinner time for Day 1 and 2, mostly because of bad planning/ preparation on my part and I didn't have access to my juice. I'm not too worried about it messing up the detox because I am a breastfeeding momma, so I do need additional calories to keep my milk supply up. As a sugar addict and constant eater, I have been pleasantly surprised by my lack of cravings or hunger pangs, although I have yet to experience a drop in the scale as so many rave about. I look forward to discussing all about juicing and smoothies with everyone! :)
