www.rebootwithjoe.com on the opening page has 3-5-10 day instructions, shopping lists and recipes to do these reboots for free. It's a great site.

I just made Joe's Mean Joe Green juice, drinking with lots of ice, it is really refreshing.

I follow Joe Cross' three day juice plan and usually find myself going about five days. I agree about TV, it is full of commercials with all the "chewables" and can drive one nuts. Keep at it, drink the water and the juices and you will notice a difference.

For me, each day is different; actually each hour can be different. I was highly emotional at times.

It passed after that day. I think it was just my body adjusting. I am doing Joe's Reboot so I am drinking 5 juices a day and lots of water

Day three my body is exhausted. Next time I do this I am starting on a Thursday so I can have a lazy Saturday when day three comes around.

One day at a time. Make sure that you have plenty of vegs and fruits to juice for the weekend. Prepare yourself ahead of time to find something to keep you busy. I love tv, but there is eating all of the time on it. It can make you become unglued.

You are doing great on day 2. I'm hanging in there with you today.

Only day two but feeling pretty good so far. I actually think I am so busy drinking juice I have no time to be hungry. Although I am also busy at work. I worry for the weekends that's the hardest times for me. You are either at home conveniently close to your kitchen or out and about near some type of easy to grab food.

Hi, Moe. Congrats on starting a new fast. Today is day 1 of a 7 day fast for me. I ended a 9 day fast last Thursday. I was planning on going longer but didn't. My most difficult days are usually day 5. I find that it varies with the person. You will have good days and harder days; actually, it may go by the hour or even minutes. One minute I may feel great and 1 minute later feel famished.

I try to drink at least a gallon of water daily, not including juice. I try to drink 4 juice drinks daily that are mainly veggies, 4 veggies to 1 fruit. Water is going to be your friend while you are juice fasting. Posting also helps tremendously.

I have tried to do juicing plans but end up getting hangry and not even making it to day 5. I have decided to try again but instead of jumping into a 15-30-45-60 days commitment I would try small goals of 5 days. Day 1 starts tomorrow.

I am a bit worried because I know its hard, but encouraged since I keep hearing (reading) that people say day 3-4 are the worst so hopefully if I can make it to day 5 I can add another 5 days.

Any advice or encouragement welcomed.
