We all deserve to pat ourselves on the back for making an extra effort to workout after work this month!

But...The April SparkGoodie will go to: THIN38!!!!!!!!!


And haven't we all won along with her?

Thanks for a great challenge. I posted this at the start of April to help me increase my weekly workouts. It has been fun and I got the extra benefit of creating a new healthy habit.

Keep up the good work: Thin38-1st place, BookWurm-2nd place, and Kalindria-3rd place. You are all inspiring!

What's up buddies?

Keep striving for more weekly workouts and be sure that your workout numbers are being tracked on the team goal leader boards.

At least one mystery is now solved:

If you are not seing your statistics on the group page for tracking our goal, here is the answer that I got from Sparkpeople Support:

"It sounds like members need to make sure they have joined the goal first from the right of the team goal on the the challenge/team page. One of the
usernames mentioned in dialogue that I looked at had not joined the goal from the team page. Next, one also needs to add themselves to the leaderboards from their sparkpoints settings page to allow others to view their tracking on the leaderboards, the link is below that can be reached from the sparkpage. It sounds like those who have added the goal might not
have completed this step."

Yay!

Welcome, THIN38. I thought I was on a team of one. No matter. My challenge has been helping me do exactly what I hoped for: increase my after work workouts. I've actually lost a dress size! I have been hovering around the next lower dress size for a while and the workouts have helped me finally break through that plateau.

I hope the challenge helps you attain a goal or two.

Hi Team,

I am new to this team but not new to SP. I have been making great progress on my cardio but now I need a challenge to get my cross training going. If you want to join me, track your after work workouts on the goal in the team goal section. At the end of April, the person with the most after work workouts will get a SparkGoodie from me...and maybe from everyone who joins the challenge. Are you up for it?
