I have had TMT for a couple of years now. When I first started I actually found it to be a great workout in only 10 minutes. I quickly bumped it up to 2 videos then 3 for a total of 30 minutes. I have changed it up even further and done the videos in combination with jogging for more cardio. I absolutely love these videos and always found it easy to get up and do it because they are only 10 minutes. I've since moved on to another of Tony Horton's workouts, P90X, which I wouldn't recommend unless you have been doing some other form of exercise already. It is very intense.
I did buy my Ten Minute Trainer from the infomercial, but I got my P90X from Canadian Tire. If you live in Canada there are a couple stores that sell both of these.
