I have had TMT for a couple of years now. When I first started I actually found it to be a great workout in only 10 minutes. I quickly bumped it up to 2 videos then 3 for a total of 30 minutes. I have changed it up even further and done the videos in combination with jogging for more cardio. I absolutely love these videos and always found it easy to get up and do it because they are only 10 minutes. I've since moved on to another of Tony Horton's workouts, P90X, which I wouldn't recommend unless you have been doing some other form of exercise already. It is very intense.

I did buy my Ten Minute Trainer from the infomercial, but I got my P90X from Canadian Tire. If you live in Canada there are a couple stores that sell both of these.

I have mixed feelings about TMT. I think they're very motivating since they're so brief, and I love Tony's methods, but my scale did not budge AT ALL when I was exclusively doing TMT DVDs, it just wasn't enough cardio for me. (I need a LOT of cardio.) I do better when I add one or two of the DVDs to cardio, like jogging or a different pure-cardio DVD. If I'm ever at a point where my weight is good but I just need to firm up, TMT would be perfect.

I downloaded the TMT dvd's off the internet for free. I think thru limewire. I Love them and I have had great results using them. Last year I lost 18lbs and 18.5 inches in 3 months. This year I am doing really good as well, last time I measured was a couple weeks ago now, I was down 7 inches and a few pounds. I do 2-10 min sections per day, along with a 1200-1500 calorie diet.

Go to the beachbody.com website. I have it but I haven't used it yet. I have over 100 videos/dvd's so I keep using all my favorites...LOL!!! I looked at it and really do believe that you will see results becuase it is a pretty good workout. I would say that it is on a intermediate level, but if you are a beginner you can ease your way into it.

You can order it online, or you can call the toll free number. They play infomercials all the time late night and early morning on TV...I purchased the TMT and the Turbo Jam and love both!!!! I wish I had P90X, just can't afford it right now..

I am so glad I found this group. I want to order the 10 minute trainer and I wonder if anyone is seeing results or what you think of the program. I have P90X but with a one year old and working full time there is no way I can find the time to do that work out. Does anyone have suggestions where to order the program from? Thanks so much!
