Hi
I am also back and looking to lose some weight and get healthier. I have struggled as my job is a sit at your desk all day kind of job and have gained so much weight from lack of the normal physical exercise I used to get.
I also raise livestock and do chores every day but seems that when you get older takes more exercise to keep it off. I do really well at work. I'm not a snacker at work and eat healthy but at night sometimes I have fallen into a later night snacking problem. I have revised this behavior in the last 3 months and am pleased to say I am doing very well with that, but despite that I am still not losing the weight. I hope I can help support you as well and get the team support I need to accomplish my goals this time. The hardest part I have right now is posting and tracking daily. I do keep a notebook with what I eat everyday so that helps. I hope everyone has a great weekend. Again thank you for the welcome to the group.
