lots of walking & protein to keep you fuller longer google the foods best for this. I eat slices of deli turkey with reduced low fat cheese,as a snack or a fiber one bar with fat free milk

I am determined to lose 20 lbs before my daughter's wedding in May. I managed to lose 15 last year but had a lot of ups and downs. Seems like I'm the feast or famine type. Need to get on an even keel so I can keep the weight off forever. Looking forward to hearing lots of success stories emoticon
