emoticon I'm like you; I go good for awhile and either get discouraged or get cocky and the plan goes out the window. I've decided that part of my problem is that I really don't think that X, Y, or Z is really going to work, so why bother anyway. Truth is, cutting down on the pop, the bread, and the energy drinks WILL work, so I just need to do it!

I'm back Sparkin' again and this time I plan to stick with it to the goal line and beyond. I'm a great one for starting things and never getting them finished. But this time I have a different attitude.

In the past, I was very ridged with my program and the minute I went off plan I said that's it I can't do this and would stop. This time it is more about trying to stay within the program guidelines and to follow closely with my nutrition and work on being more active (I'm a big couch potato).

I hope I can inspire others and be inspired and make a lot of friends in the process.
