Wow, I guess so! My hubby is on year 15. We have three girls and a boy ages 13, 12, 4, 2. They keep me busy but I am sure you know how that is! Thank you for your service and happy running.

Your life mirrors mine - actually my hubby's - he was the military spouse and we have 4 kids and he went to nursing school. Just finished his Nurse Practitioner program.

Hi there, I am just starting to get back into running. It has been about 4 years since I had any sort of running routine. I ran in HS, in the Army and during Police training. Looking back I have always been happiest and healthiest when I ran. This is why I have chosen to get back into it. I signed up for a half marathon in May but hope to fill in between now and then with a 5k and 10k. I do two 3 mile runs a week and one hour long run (not so long yet:0)) as well as zumba and some strength training on my off days. I am a mother of four, and a military spouse attending nursing school. I welcome all advice! Thanks,
