Welcome JAVIJAZ,

I know Spark has helped me. I have met some great running friends through Spark. If you find an active chat thread that shares your interests (maybe a running team) I find it becomes habitual to log onto Spark, talk about how to be healthier or a better runner, and this gives me motivation to work on this again today.

There are lots of tools and great information here, as well as many helpful folks who have or are travelling a very similar road. You are among friends!

Use as much or as little as you like. It has to work for You to work for you. ;)

Just try to remember to cut yourself some slack. You have a lot going on - just try to make small simple changes, and as those become nature make a few more.

Hello, all.
I have never done this social media stuff, but I am so frustrated I am not losing weight, i am willing to try anything. I used to run 5K, 10ks and swim, and bike, but since the birth of my last 2 children ,and multiple surgeries and injuies, I have been in a huge rut and need help.
Just thought Id give this a try and see how it works for me.
