Hello and Welcome! I have been a member for over a year. I have not been very successful in my weight loss goals; so I can relate. Hang in there - Did you purchase the book? I have found that this has given me more motivation....Have a great weekend!

Hello All, I am new to this team but not new to Sparkpeople. A couple years ago I found this site and lost about 40lbs. Since then I've gained 50lbs and become extremely discouraged. I've never joined a team so I'm hoping I can support others and be supported. Thanks for listening!
