Don't laugh, but I forgot to eat breakfast. I got so busy in getting the house clean and re-doing Mom's room that I totally forgot until it was time for dinner! I know, I know!! Better tomorrow.

I always sleep on my left side but not because of any Biblical mandate. When I was pregnant with my son all those years ago my doctor told me to sleep on my left side. I've gotten so used to it that it's the only way I sleep now.

For breakfast this morning some friends took me out for a belated birthday breakfast. Two or three times a year I allow myself to have chicken-fried steak and eggs for breakfast, and this was one of them.

Scrambled up some eggs, onions,and potatoes. Sprinkled them with grated cheese and chili sauce. YUM

Ezekial bread sounds nutritious. Do you sleep on one side as the Lord commanded Ezekial?
LOL Perhaps EZ wasdeveloping an ulcer and the Lord recommended that for ease of healing?!
Just a thought!

Dusty Prairie! A protein additive for coffee?

I ate oatmeal for starters. Poached eggs sprinkled with grated cheese for the second course!

Cottage cheese with blueberries, 1/2 flax muffin w/1 tbsp natural peanut butter. I came short of my protein goal because I wasn't tracking and didn't have my protein coffee beverage.

Here's a chance to remind ourselves and encourage each other to start our day off nutriciously!
