Sorry, I've been derailed by a short trip I haven't completely recovered from..

I know people talk like habits take less discipline, but in my experience, it can take a fair amount of discipline to get any traction and for me, it still took SOME discipline to maintain even years later. (I had a good run with No S for several years; I've had a nasty relapse, but feel I might be pulling out of it.)

I find this is a lot easier than disciplining myself to count calories or try to plan the perfect snacks so that I could eat five times a day as often recommended. Sure, it became a habit, too, but I was still bingeing!

Hope to see on on the How are you doing? thread, which is kind of like a daily chat. Or maybe you've already posted there? I haven't looked yet.
