So nice to meet you! No S cannot defy the laws of physics but it can an enjoyable way to feed yourself and keep adjusting the plates for the effect you want. Feel free to start any threads with a focus , but do go on the “How are you doing?” thread to let others know. Since the team is tiny some members do not get notices about new threads, and someone may be up for a streak thread. 🦋

Hi. I joined this team a while ago but this is my first time posting. I have been on SP for several years. I had good success for 30 lbs. but then started losing and gaining 10 of it. I am now back to 29 lost and am determined to get to a lower BMI by the end of the year! I am familiar with the No S diet but have never really used it. I looked over the team threads and would like to set up a calendar and also do a 21 day challenge. starting Monday. Looking forward to getting to know each of you! Sharon
