Personal goal is to weigh in 159 by the end of May 2019. I did not make my previous goal so must do better...I ACHIEVED THE GOAL OF REACHING 151 IN MAY 2013. A LOSS OF 37 POUNDS! Summer of 2014 I gained 10 pounds of it back while traveling to the BVI's and Ireland so I have set a new goal for 2019 to be back to below 155.

Everybody tells me that they would love to knit, but they don't have time. I look at people's lives and I can see opportunity and time for knitting all over the place. The time spent riding the bus each day? That's a pair of socks over a month. Waiting in line? Mittens. Watching TV? Buckets of wasted time that could be an exquisite lace shawl. ~Stephanie Pearl-McPhee, At Knit's End: Meditations for Women Who Knit Too Much A true friend reaches for your hand but touches your hea

Hi. I just got my FitBit Charge 3 for Christmas and have been using SparkPeople off and on for several years. I had been entering my food in Spark people and using my Fitbit dashboard for exercise for a couple of weeks before I tried syncing them..and once I synced them it has worked really well. My goal is to use both these systems to help motivate me to maintain the good health that I am currently blessed with. I look forward to exploring this team and seeing what others have to say.
