Hi I have been away from Spark people for a few years, but have decided to get serious about losing weight. I have an under active thyroid, I am pre-diabetic and over 50, so weight loss does not come easy for me. I do hibernate all winter as I hate the cold but the weather is starting to warm up so I will be able to get out and walk and we are putting up our pool this spring so that should help. I have owned my fitbit for over a year but haven't used it as much as I should, I am hoping this site will give me the motivation to use it for more than just a watch. Anyway thanks for letting join and I look forward to getting to know you.
