emoticon Yes you can add exercise to bothSP and Fitbit, but if you have your Fitbit linked to SP don't add it to both or SP will double count it. On SP go to the tab, my trackers, click on my exercise and add the exercise under what I did today. If you do one of the spark people videos there is a tab on the video to click to add it to your tracker. On Fitbit, go to logs, activity, scroll to the bottom and enter your activity.

Steps are steps and if your Fitbit isn't linked to SP only enter your steps in SP, but for info the AHA has now said any exercise is good and if you are keeping track of steps for health 20 minutes of exercise is equivalent to 2000 steps, you still should get up and move every hour so they recommend the 250 steps an hour while you are up.

Objects in the mirror will get thinner than they now appear

I'm still learning how to post to Fitbit and Sparkpeople has way too many ads.
Soooo anyhow My name is Marge and I'm a returning member. SP's eating journey has helped me realize I lack nutrients and my portions were too many of this and not enough of that. Yikes!

I'm not active in walking, but I see cardio at the desk I can do. Also they have sitting and lying on the floor exercises i can do.Fitbit is not recording my exercise.
.is there a way I can manually record it?
My weight goal is 150 but for now it's 10 lbs weight loss. 225 lbs as of last Tuesday, I refuse to weigh myself every day.
