I understand I lived on a subsistence farm, worked outside before sun up to sun down. Then I moved to the city, but my farm apatite came along for the ride.

I have completely forgotten how to use SP!

Hi! I am a repeat offender. I get healthy and then fall back. I was raised on a working ranch, where we did manual labor 4 hours daily. We got a LOT of exercise! Nothing really compares the rest of your life if you do any normal work, let alone desk jockeying!

Goals:
I want to eat primarily for FUEL and not fun, habit, stress-calming.

I want to hit step goals (my last job meant I hit 11-12k without even trying and now I'm TRYING to hit 8k, if I don't try, it's 4k) When I get healthier,

I want to start working out again.
