Hey, Renee and emoticon to a wonderful team where we challenge each other and cheer each other on as we all get fit together!!!!! I am delighted to see that you are committed to becoming healthier and the fact that you love cardio!!! I also love cardio and I am a power walker. I didn't like resistance bands and free weights at first but I do love them now as they do have a place in my workouts and you will find a place for them in yours too!!!!!

emoticon Hi y'all! I'm Renee, I'm 38yrs old and I live in MN. I have 2 sons, 17yrs and 12yrs. I also am still in close contact with my technically ex step-daughters and step grandkids LOL! I am dusting myself off and getting back on track.
I have about 40-45lbs to lose. (Would be happy with 30 lol) I am ready to be committed and I have a gameplan ready to rock, but I would love to make some friends along the way!! I love cardio and I'm learning to love weights.

Good luck everyone!! We can do this!!! Oh, and I have a Versa. emoticon
