I found really cutting sugar out has helped immensely. I read the book "It Starts with Food" by Dallas and Melissa Hartwig really helped me to understand how sugar affects my brain and body. Good luck to you. Not easy.

try small pieces of dark chocolate. keep in the freezer and take out one small square each day as your treat for a goal you met during the day

I find that cinnamon either in capsule form or sprinkled on food helps cut my cravings for carbs and sweets

Ok so this crazy time took my motivation too eat healthy and The pounds came back. WW meetings closed and on line didn?t help. Now I?m back to get on track. Any advice on curbing my sweet tooth, chocoholic? Needs good nutrient plan.
