Welcome aboard. I am fairly new myself. I also work full time and I am a full time student. I am nervous too about finding the time to make this all happen. I am excited as well to see what the new year will bring. I know we can all do this together. Getting and staying healthy is my number one goal this year and every thing else will follow as a result.

I am excited to use this bootcamp as a jumpstart to my becoming healthier in 2010. I need to lose weight, eat healthier and become more active. I'm a little nervous as to how to accomplish all of this while working full-time and being a mother as well as being a wife to my disabled husband. Any support would be awesome!
