Some rules
Eat protein every meal
apples and berries
no fast or fried foods
veggies every meal and
no white potatoes

Congratulations on the weight you've lost already! And thank your husband for his service to our country and thanks to you also because being in a relationship with someone in the military means sacrifices from everyone in his life. I appreciate all the military and the support of friends/family to them.

Good luck to you! You will find wonderful tools here to help you lose the weight. I have maintained my weight for approx. 5 years but couldn't do it without the nutrition tracker. I still track my food intake daily and probably always will. It keeps it real for me.

Hello all! I have been up and down with my weight loss journey for the last few years. I got serious about it in April of this year and started out at 282.8. As of today, I am happy to say that I am down to 237.4! I am very excited. I have been blessed with a very supportive man who has also been another reason I want to get healthy. He is in the air force and we talked about getting married in the next two years and I want to wow him in my dress :) I would ultimately like to get down to 150ish and my short term goal is to be under 200 by January. I don't work out in the gym. I do videos and activities outside. Nice to be in the group!!!
