You took the weight off once, you can do it again. Keeping it off is just as hard if not harder than taking it off (just ask me). I still track everything I eat and track my exercise daily. I have maintained five years.

Hello! I am Emily. I am 21 and currently going to college at LFCC. I love the biggest loser! It is one of the things that motivated me to start losing weight when I was in high school and I was 208lbs, depressed, and unhealthy. I got motivated by it and I ended up getting in good shape and health. I was 123lbs. Since leaving high school and being in college I have got up to the 150s and I am not happy with this. I get winded walking very easily and I am currently working on getting into better shape and losing this weight I added back onto myself.
