Hi, so good to meet you! I think you've set some good starting goals and I know that as you redefine your tastebuds by eating more good simple nutritious foods instead of the stuff you can get at the drive thru you will find yourself changing in so many ways. Your kids have a great example and just think how much healthier and happier you all will be!

Hi. I'm a busy mom of 4 kids. I work a full time job and a part time job and between all that I've really let myself pack on the pounds! I want to loose weight in order to be a healthy example for my children. I'm going to start by exercising and staying away from fast food! I love using sparkpeople for motivation because in the past I've lost sight of my goals very easily. I'm going to stay on track this time because I want to be around to see my kids all grown up.
