Sooo glad to find all of you! I have been vegan for over 3 years. I found that when I first began eating this way I lost body fat, but not really pounds. Now I have been the same weight for ages, and have the motivation to lose, but not the knowledge evidently. I truly thought that eating the vegan way would cause me to lose weight naturally and easily--haha! I am beginning to add exercise, but would love anyone's tips to cutting back calories when it seems that I'm not eating that many to begin with. I realize also that being a woman in my fifties doesn't help...
So let's get started!
