Hi everyone, I'm Vanessa, and I was so excited to find a poly group on SparkPeople! I'm south of Boston MA, having lived in California also, and being originally from Pittsburgh PA.

I'm 45, fighting my metabolism and various temporary conditions, looking to radically improve my health...

Would welcome anyone local who would like to walk, maybe on the weekends? I can't go very fast right now, but as they say, I'm lapping everyone on the couch! Ha ha :-)
