I keep water, protein bars and fresh fruit (i.e. apple, pear, etc) in the car so I'm not tempted to get fast food.

Good morning! I just found this Team, and man do i need it! I am not new to spark or weightloss. I am 41 and in the last 5 years I have gond from 420lbs to 250lbs. Recently I have gained back about 20lbs. I struggle with emotional eating, boredom eating and just not sticking to anything. The last few months have been rough, I work fulltime and am also working towards my bachelors degree. I have amazing friends, but none of them have weight issue and I struggle to find support from the people around me. I am hoping to make some connections here :)
