Yes chair exercises & water exercises good for joints but DONT jump up and down on your knees in the pool, I did major damage to my bone on bone knee!!

Hi there, welcome! Check out the chair exercises, they can help with knee issues and still help you be active. There are so many ways to try to work out and be easy one some joints. Water exercises help as well.

Hi,

I'm new to navigating the world with arthritic pain in one knee and frequent plantar fasciitis pain in both feet. I'm in my 30s and work a very physical job outside. I miss my typical workouts that will only cause these issues to flair up like hiking, running, or playing volleyball. Looking for tips. Just bought a kayak and hoping that could be a part of the solution. I want to lose 20 percent of my body weight so hiking feels more doable.
