I did it and I'm turning 55 this year. I would suggest start slow and work on distance, then speed. You can do it! emoticon

Hi everyone, I'm new to this challenge. I'm turning 50 next month and my goal is to walk a 5k. I hope I can be an encouragement to all of you.
