Good morning all! I am new here,a group of us at work have committed to getting healthier for life! Being a T2 diabetic this plan is how I should be eating ,so here we go! Today is my shake cleansing day. Preparing to start cycle 1 tomorrow. Looking forward to meeting everyone. Diane

emoticon Natalie! Congrats on making it to day 10! You have come to the right place. This is a very supportive group, and quite a few of us hang out on the Daily Check In, Are You On Track Today forum. It's been a bit quiet here lately, but I expect things will pick up again in January. I have been pretty much maintaining for over a year now, but am going to kick it into high gear come January 1, so I can lose this last 5 pounds!

I am Chris, and live in Kentucky. I started the 17 Day Diet on February 11, 2013, and have loved it since day 1! To me, it is not a diet, but a lifestyle change, and I am so happy with the results that I will never go back to my old ways and habits! I feel healthier, have more energy, and fit into a size that I haven't worn since I was a teenager. So, it definitely works!
I have found that planning your meals ahead of time and posting on this site are tremendous keys to success!

Hi Everyone!
I'm new here, C1D10 - so far, so good. I have done this diet before, but was working shift work, and the hours were all over the place and it made it too hard for me to commit. New job, steady hours, and time for a brand new me.

I have been reading some stuff on the forum for about a week now, and thought it was about time I introduced myself! :)

I am Natalie, I'm in Ontario, Canada. I am looking forward to getting to know all of you on my journey. I have a lot to lose, and am hoping this is the place for me!
