Welcome Sabrina! You have come to a very supportive, caring team, and we are delighted to have you with us. Remember you should not be hungry on this diet....have more protein if you are hungry as well as some healthy veggies from the list. In a few more days you won't be nearly as hungry and your cravings (if you had any) will just about vanish. Please join us on the "are you on track today?" thread. I am looking forward to getting to know you. I am sure with your background as a cardiology nurse you will have a wealth of info to share with us as well. Welcome again and best wishes!

Hello friends!

I am Sabrina. I am an RN at a busy Cardiology office. I have a husband and two beautiful girls.

My goal for this journey is to lose about 100lb. I am currently at 253, and couldn't feel more horrible about myself. I don't have the energy to get out and play with the girls, and I hate my body!

A friend introduced me to the 17 day diet and I am currently on day 2 of Cycle 1. I am working my way through hunger (which I am realizing I need to increase my servings of list foods) and cutting out all soft drinks, and only drinking water!

I hope I can find some encouragement as I have crashed and burned on many diet plans.

HERE GOES NOTHING!
