I've been an inactive "sparker" for about 3 years now and have tried different diets unsuccessfully until I stumbled upon 17dd while combing a bookshop. Actually I bought 2 books atkins and 17dd but the latter looks easy and promising so i tried 17d. Was amazed by the instant result. I lose 4 kgs in a week. Then came travel time plus my pops birthday. Was derailed for a week loading up high carbs and now it shows on my scale a 1-1/2 kg gain. My weight didn't budge after d12of C1 plus the "fall" now I'm trying C2. Glad I found you guys... Just what I need to keep me motivated. Wishing us all the healthy version of ourselves!

I've recently started the 17DD (I'm on C1D7). I chose the 17DD because my brother had great success with it. I've been losing weight over the past year on other plans, but I'm stalled so I thought I'd try something new, and I wanted something healthy and on which I can maintain my weight loss. I have about 10 pounds left to go. I've been faithful on the dieting part of the plan so far, but not so good on the exercise, so improvement there is one of my goals.
