I'm back again after keeping off the weight for nearly 5 years. It's been a highly stressful year for me and instead of paying attention to those warning signs that I needed to cut back I ignored them in favor of convenience. I got on the scale today and I'm 20 lbs. over what my body will comfortable support without pain.

Today was kind of impromptu so I didn't do the lemon water. I am drinking Deer Park sparkling water for my first water. I know there are some issues with sodium in seltzer water but reading the Deer Park label it seems as if they only use C02. Skipped breakfast, too, so I'm not off to the best of starts, but I guess for an impromptu beginning it's not too bad. I haven't overate as of yet.

I did notice there seem to be a couple of changes from before. For exercise, didn't it used to be 15 minutes twice a day? Now it seems to be 17 minutes? Is that twice a day, too?
