Jazzy - We've all been there....desperate and struggling. Staying on plan and eating the nutrient rich foods can bring good results which can then increase our motivation and resolve. It can be done! Celebrate every little step forward. They add up to success!

Thanks for the pep talk. Yes I am sure it won't be easy but I am desperate and struggling.

Good luck as you begin your plan. Many of us here have found success following this plan. Usually the first few days are the roughest. We're here for you! Congrats on your commitment to exercising. That is great!

Been searching studying former WW then got tossed into WW free.tried low carb 21 day jenny anything and everything
So first going to read entire book then start probably Friday 16 only because I get paid wed so can purchase food.
I am 72 exercise daily since dec 30 th trying for 365 days in a row.
So please if you can help me
