I am not the most active member, this is true but i am going to make it a goal to be an active member so ladies i will be on her at least once a day! okay but this is my question, I am not big on buying pre packaged food, as in i make a lot of my own meals and i cant seem to figure out how to count those calories. For example if I make a sandwich, i am not sure how to count those calories for a sandwich I prepared.
Also does anyone have any suggestions for getting rid of fat on the thighs and stomach? i know crunches or situps but i'll be honest, I dont think I am doing them right.
