I'm lucky with this one because when Anna was his age she quit taking a nap by this age. It was better to let her skip the nap than it was to make her take one. I'm really enjoying this guy now.

Hi Michelle,

Sounds like you have worked out a pretty good schedule. I sure do miss those days of 2 naps. My 20mo kiddo is anti-nap these days; there's just too much to explore I guess.

Hi everyone. My name is Michelle and I have two children at home yet. One is 14 yrs and the other is 11 months. I have recently become a stay at home mom and now have some more time for me. I just needed to see it. After I take my daughter to school I come home and get in a quick workout before the baby wakes up. I have a 50/50 shot for a short one depending on when he wants to wake up. Then I try to get another one in while the baby goes down for his afternoon nap. I have anywhere from 1-3 hrs to play with so I need to get it in first or I'm outta luck. His second nap is just a relaxation time for me LOL he is only down for 30 min.

I'm excited to get to my goal weight by my 40th bday in August. Here we go off and running.
