TREX - Welcome to Petite Place and you nailed it on the challenges of work-out equipment! I use a recumbent bike at a local fitness center. It is a challenge to get the thing set up correctly - and then find out the thing is broken! Move to next bike and start over! BOO HISS!

But at least you are going and trying!!!

Hi! I understand your problem well. I am 4'11". I use free weights at home for strength training or I use bands. I do some DVD workouts at home. I only go to the gym to do group exercises like Zumba. But maybe the trainers can help you to modify exercises to fit you.

-sparkfully,
Cherie

I am 32 and just started my weight loss/getting healthy journey about two weeks ago.
I love to read and write.
I am finding it hard at the gym with some of the strength training machines being built for tall people. I am actually too short to use some of them! (I am 5' 2")
