emoticon Lynda! I'm a former Sundridge gal - but been away for many years. However I still have my mom and sister (and her hubby) living there. Was surprised to see someone on SP from there! I have yet to find anyone who lives here - closest SP I've encountered are at least an hour away.
emoticon on getting to your goal weight and managing to keep it off thus far. I got close to mine a couple of years ago then managed to hold steady for about 6 months or so. Unfortunately some of it (10-15 pounds has returned and is continues to stubbornly hold on but I'm working on it!

You are very courageous to have left this site and still manage to grt down to your goal weight. emoticon This coming April, I will celebrate my 10th Anniversary on SP and intend on doing this for a good long while. Itís the best site out there as far as I am concerned. See you online!

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

I live in Sundridge, Ontario. Like many, I was a past member of SparkPeople and have found my way back again. Loving the changes and updates to the site and think Iíll stay around this time.

I am at goal weight and have been for six months. Thatís why Iím back again. I need to stay here and stop losing and gaining that same 25 lbs.

I walk every day and right now Iím walking to Leslie Sansone videos because itís so hard to walk outside. My goal is 10k steps a day, and Iíve been averaging about 18k for the last three weeks.

Happy to be here! Looking forward to being part of this group. And looking forward to the end of winter so that I can walk outside again.
