Hi everyone!

Would love to be a 100% Raw but 1/2 will be such a great start! How is everyone doing?

In April I did a 7 day detox and then afterwards 5 days on juice. Now I would like to look into going raw. How is everyone else doing?

I just watched a documentary over the weekend called "Food Matters". In it, I learned that half of what I eat or more should be raw food. Food in its natural state, no cooking, processing, etc. I have made it a goal to try to eat 1/2 of my daily intake as raw and am looking for others to join me in the journey. I'm not talking about creating a whole bunch of "fake" raw food either -- I'm not running out to buy a dehydrator or anything like that. I intend to eat fresh produce, grains and seeds, all as whole as they can be. That's why I'm going just half raw -- if I want to have bread, I'll have real bread made from wholesome ingredients. I feel that this is the place I need to be. Join me if you feel the same!
