Thanks so much for the welcome! I just got my rebounder - the reboudair - this past summer. I found out about rebounding online and was really interested. When I found a used (but in perfect condition) rebounder on Craigslist - I begged dh to buy it (he braved a hailstorm to get it for me and drove 1 hour) but in my opinion - it was sooooo worth it. I absolutely love by rebounder. I not only use it myself - but have also gotten a video for the kids to do - as long as they are supervised. At first it seemed easy - but after doing it a few times my muscles were sore and it was harder. Now - I am using it more and more each time I workout and I am amazed at how I feel - and how long I can actually go on it.

I did get some videos to use with it - but found some of them were a bit too fast for me at the time. So - I am working myself up by using it on my own with different moves - getting used to it - and then I will try to tackle the videos again. So glad I'm doing this on my own where people don't see my learning curve :-)

Would love to learn more about rebounding - suggestions - ideas - anything. I really love it - and love how I feel soreness in my body (the good kind) that I just don't get with other exercises.
