Sorry, my mini-tramp doesn't have the stability bar. Take it slow to build up your strength and balance.

Good day all, I am a 61 year old Homecare Worker - still working full time. I love my job. I live in the Annapolis Valley in Nova Scotia, Canada, My WOE is Intermittent Fasting. I was recently diagnosed with COPD - so had to give up smoking. Fussing about the weight gain.Suddenly remembered the mini trampoline in the basement. My tramp doesn't have the stability bar but will give it a go without it. Do you all have the stability bars?
