emoticon Well done on the good start April!
You have great motivation there, in your son.
You can make a huge difference by disney land!

I'm starting back too. I lost loads with SP before, but I have become too good at short cutting the system, and doing myself out of actual weight loss. I have ended up putting loads back on.
So it is time for a fresh new approach. Back to basics! emoticon

So far so good! I focused mainly on making sure that I did 10 minutes of walking at least 3 times that week. :) I also was eating better and even though we went out to eat over the weekend, I made smarter choices and was completely satisfied :) This week I'm trying to focus on getting my water in :)

I have decided to start this all over again. I quit around the first of the year because I moved across the country and was just eating like crap. But I now have a clear cut goal. I want to look good in a wedding dress by the beginning of March of 2014. I figure that gives me plenty of time to lose 100+ lbs, don't you? Also, we're taking my son to Disneyland for his 10th birthday and I would like to be able to at least walk around the park without having to sit down a million times. He'll be turning ten this December. I just hope I can get into at least good enough shape by then to do that. My final reason for wanting to do this is to feel better. I've been having some health issues that are related to how big I am and the doctor told me that if I want to live to see my son graduate high school, I need to take care of this now. I'm only 30 years old. Hearing that I might not live long enough to make it to 40 about knocked me to my knees. My own father died at the age of 40 from heart failure. So...here I am...a 30 y/o stay at home mom and military spouse living in southern california (surrounded by skinny beach bunnies). I hope to get to know you all soon :)
