Welcome Jenn & Brenna.
Glad to have you here. Hey any type of cooking is okay. And I've never tried pita bread to make a pizza. I will have to give that one a try. I use english muffins & make mini pizzas.

Welcome to the team . I enjoy cooking and so does Hubby. We select one to two recipes that we have not tried each week. We both like to experiment with our food. I have learned lot watching some of the cooking shows. I love it when they remark if you don't have this use that. We have some of the best dishes at home. Hubby prefers my Italian to any of our local places. As soon as it warms up we are going to work on pizzas on the grill. We are able to control our ingredients and keep them fresh and local

Keep on track

for me following a recipe strictly helps but after a few times I don't need super precise measurements

HI I'm new too! I'm not an excellent cook. I definitely follow a recipe step by step because I'm afraid of what it will taste like if I don't follow the directions. So I'm hoping to learn a lot of new recipes and tricks of the trade! emoticon
